The CRM tab lets you manage your active partnership conversations in one place.
You can add a partner from your Saved list or directly from search results by clicking "Add to CRM."
Each partnership card tracks the current status (e.g., Reached Out, In Conversation, Agreed, Live), and you can log activities like emails sent, calls made, or notes from meetings.
You can also set follow-up reminders on any partnership. When a reminder is due, you'll receive an email notification so you never lose track of a conversation that's gone quiet.
This is especially useful when you've sent an initial outreach and want to follow up after a few days if there's no response.
Additionally, you can record outcomes β for example, a guest post published, a newsletter swap completed, or a co-marketing campaign launched.
This gives you a clear picture of which partnerships are delivering results. The CRM is designed to be lightweight and focused specifically on cross-promotion partnerships, not a full-blown sales tool.
